Dunno what am doing wrong but renaming the file and adding.zip at the end wont work for me. It always appears to be a text document

When renamed by you, the file should be called:

BFTB Scenario quick fix.zip

We are working with Matrix to get these incorporated into Patch 3. Should not be long now.

Here's what works for me:

1. left click on the attachment

2. at the popup, right click on the text file and click on "save target as"

3. my target is the desktop

4. save to desktop should be the zipped file (I'm running 7-Zip btw)

FYI...just tried to start some of the scenarios w/ the quick fix. Receive the message for all effected scenarios "cannot load requires 4.3.249".

Hadn't thought of that. You will have to wait for the patch #3 (no idea when...) to play these.[:(]

I haven't tried the hot fix. I was hoping it would be included in patch 3.

Hofen was playable on historical settings before this hot fix - shame it breaks that option (surely the most popular) for some people....but I guess, Simovitch, you were thinking that patch 3 was right around the corner....

So, Dave, when is patch 3 and the HTTR add-on? Any idea, aside from 'soon'?

I guess he has a deal with Matrix. Like I have a deal for my books to be published by Orion. I imagine they would be a little pissed off if I published chunks without their permission elsewhere. They have the rights. As do Matrix, I assume, for BFTB, not Dave.
