Yeah.....until a new patch addresses a couple of the issues or just one issue it's not much fun to play.

Hope we hear something about a patch in 2012.

Nope, I wouldn't right now. Of course i did during the holiday sale. I haven't put many games down because of bug issues, but the withdrawal bug sucks the fun right out of a scenario.

It's getting pretty funny too wouldn't you say?

Combat Command Matrix Edition has bugs, and needs to be fixed. Matrix/Slitherine/Boku Developer, for some strange reason can't give us a reasonable answer be it positive or negative to our requests.

I don't know anything about this game but the lack of response is very unlike Matrix from my dealings with them. Not trying to be more dog-pile-on-rabbit of course and certainly not minimizing your concerns but IIRC Erik Rutins, who seems to handle problems in the forum, was out on personal leave for a while it would appear.

Does the game withdraw correctly in multiplayer games? Is it just against the A.I?

I agree it is very unlike Matrix which might be a part of the reason for the irritation, we have come to expect (probably more than is fair) a very high quality of support and engagement from Matrix for their games and with their customers.

None of this is directed at Erik but at the developers Boku who don't seem to be any where near the standards we have come to expect from developers distributed by Matrix or Slitherine.

Even when (if?) Boku do fix CCME I very much doubt I will be buying another game they are involved in and to be honest would be a bit surprised if it was offered via Matrix.

How come they are not fixing this game?  It's not good for business and with limited funds available to us these days, perhaps we will be spending less on pc games?  Listen to your customers or else?

In both games.
The game was released in March
The only patch was released in August.
In late August we identified the EXACT nature of the problem and the developer said it was an easy-ish fix.

This frustration is in no way directed at Erik, guy is the nobel prize winner for customer service.
I must admit that this is no way for a developer to go about their business, it's like their not even aware of the forum for their game.

Must have been one hell of a Christmas party!
Is anyone from matrix actually on these forums?
Seems to be just the folks who spent so much on games in 2011 also used up their holiday budgets.
