Problem with In-port refueling?

I have a CVTF at Pearl that is docked but cannot refuel from port. I can set up another TF and then refuel at sea but not from port. The turn before, I transfered the remainder of the TF into port and then refueled from the ships in port screen.

Using 1108r6 but also checked under 1108r8.

Here is a turn a couple of days later and the same thing is happening at Capetown. CV is still not able to refuel in port. I noticed both TF have the endurance value in orange. Might be red with my bad eyes.

The last thing I've noticed is that I have an AV at French Frigate Shoals supporting a Catalina squadron that is full of supply and has been since its arrival. I thought that the floatplanes were supposed to be using supply from the support ship.

Have u checked the TF ins't in minimal refuel mode? To refuel from orange state u might need to be on full refuel mode....

As for this one, if you have any supplies ashore, even at a "dot base" like FFS starts off, those supplies will be used before those stored onboard the AV.

I looked at every single part of the TF screen. I thought anyway. As I don't use the fueling button, I didn't see that. I must have clicked it as some point. I will now slink back into my hole to try to salvage a little pride. Thanks Greyjoy.
