What does it take to isolate Leningrad? Do you have to capture all the ports on the western side of Leningrad (including Sviritsa) ?

Yes; or take the port of Ostinovets. Either way, you have to close Lake Ladoga supply lines

I suppose you could also bomb the Port of Osinovets to 100% damage, or less damage if ports lose all capacity at 50 % damage or some such.
