Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge takes the highly acclaimed Airborne Assault engine back to the West Front for the crucial engagements during the Ardennes Offensive. Test your command skills in the fiery crucible of Airborne Assault’s “pausable continuous time” uber-realistic game engine. It's up to you to develop the strategy, issue the orders, set the pace, and try to win the laurels of victory in the cold, shadowy Ardennes.
Command Ops: Highway to the Reich brings us to the setting of one of the most epic and controversial battles of World War II: Operation Market-Garden, covering every major engagement along Hell’s Highway, from the surprise capture of Joe’s Bridge by the Irish Guards a week before the offensive to the final battles on “The Island” south of Arnhem.

Hello, are curious about what other games that you here on this forum prefer !?, for me it's really just Arma 2 online and a bit of Combat Mission but I think that the scale in Command Ops fits me perfectly (the ai is of course completely without unprecedented) so this is the game i play most of my time.

Ingenting. Jag kan inte spelar ingen ander spel. Bara BFTB. (transliterated terribly from my kids' swedish, sorry...)

There's no other game. I keep trying the others but the sheer lack of AI keeps driving me back to this and away from eye candy.

I'm currently not playing much due to ill health and lack of time while I prepare for various changes, but BFTB, SB Pro PE and Armored Brigade are the games that I find myself playing more often than not.

Sometimes I'll also fire up Il2 (an older version than 1946), or LOMAC for my daughter to crash a few aeroplanes in inventive ways [8|] though she does listen to the instructions and will do it "right" for a few minutes, until the lure of the nearest building/mountain/bridge gets too great [:D]

Any operational level simulation as long as it has the more traditional NATO symbology and 2D maps.

I personally don't care for any attempts at 3D. Seems to cheapen it and reduce it to a PlayStation-type thing for me.

Thanks,
Nate

A new war game has captured my "curiosity" and it is reminiscent of the old Harpoon game, it comes out soon and it may be of interest, link to the game, http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/for ... tic-Circle
