The number has been tested here and works properly.  Please make sure that there are no spaces before or after the number, or other typos.  Usually cutting and pasting the number works best.

Best Regards,
Andrew

I purchased, paid for, successfully downloaded and have 'played' CO:HTTR
using the code supplied when I purchased it.

However trying to register the game in the mebers area using this number produces a message that the
'key has already been used'. Not by me it ain't: so a code that is good enough
for the game doesn't appear to be good enough to allow me to register it in
the members area. All I am after is the Strategy Guide.................

What is going on.............................

Usually when you purchase a game through Matrix it is automatically registered to you. Make sure you are logged in and click on the "my products" link near the top right of the page...see if "Command Ops: Highway to the Reich" shows up.
Kind Regards,

Harry

Thanks for the input but I did check that. It neither shows there nor on the page where you can get access to the 'Registered' d/loads.

Thanks again for the suggestion

Dave,

May I thank you for your intervention.

I had one response from their help desk and then silence - all I would like is the Strategy Guide which I have bought once
at thetime I purchased the original HTTR. It is so well thumbed that I thought that a fresh copy would be in order.

May I also congraulate, and thank you, for both your frequent posts in these forums and for the excellent simulations you produce.
Your support and that of your colleagues is absolutely first class whilst the simulations, from RDOA onwards, have been far in front
of the competition in the 'operational' area. Although price is a sensitive topic in these straitened times I have had full value for money
from all your products. My only regret is that there aren't more! I think that the HTTR 'extension' is excellent value for money and hope
that it sells well. It is an interesting, and potentially valuable development in the 'series'.

I'm afraid this all sounds very 'fan boy-ish': as I'm in my seventh decade, I might be a fan but I'm certainly not a boy!

Thanks again for all your efforts and those of your colleagues
