I guess the image I had of Dan leaving for work is all wrong!

I hear/read that Clark Gable had incredibly bad breath. So when I see a close up smooch coming with Gable, I wonder how the actresses were able to keep a straight face and not give a little "bewitched" nose tweak when that mouth got within 6 inches of their noses.

Speaking of "Bewitched" Elizabeth Montgomery...Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Bewitched hmm she was a good looking woman. I must say I do not think my opponent looks like this. Heck if I told my boss (fiance) that there were women that played this game she'd be watching my every move.

For a moment I thought that we might have a real entry in this thread when I saw this headline on the Atlanta Journal-Consitution's website:

"N. Georgia newspaper editor arrested in prostitution incident"

Dan... I apologize for the direction my thoughts went.

Yeah, I have nothing to do with newspapers, except I have read the AJC every day since I came to Georgia in 1979.

You know what Mark Twain said about them: "If you don't read the newspaper you are uninformed. If you do read the newspaper you are misinformed."

I am woefully misinformed.

I was aware that Nemo was currently in sabbatical from the Forums, but until logging onto the Drudge Report this a.m. I didn't know why....

And this is no isolated sighting. If you scroll back through this thread, you'll see several other examples of Nemo stepping into his notorious disguise and creating news here and there. The guy is something!

You know...I just realized that you weren't "native born" to Georgia. From which state do you hail, Canoerebel? A closet Yankee, perhaps? [X(]

Brad is right: my pickup truck does have a canoe rack. I have an Old Town, a Mohawk, a Dagger, and an off-brand. :)

PoultryLad, I was born and raised in Miami. I came to Georgia in 1979 to attend the University, but somehow missed Brad during my sojourn there.

My father, a Miami Hurricanes football player of 1940s vintage, said I could go to college anywhere in the USA except Florida. Although Miamians are not exactly considered southereners, I do have deep Georgia roots - both my parents' families came from south Georgia going back pretty far.

I met my opponent John a few years ago, when I started out as a Japanese player (who got blown apart horribly) - this time around I am playing Allies.

We met at the Sun 'n Fun airshow this year, quite an interesting character! We both play AE and Aces High, both more interested in the airwar aspect, both have rental property.
He's always either fishing or fishing for hints on what I am doing next, however we both always help each other out with tactical info (whether to convert or not etc).

After I met him in person I was a tab surprised to say the least, dude you rock that fumanchu like no one else!

Your father was a wise man to forbid you from becoming a Gator. I was a senior when you showed up on campus, so my guess is that we never shared a classroom at the same time. And I am glad that you missed me otherwise... I was constantly dodging cars while riding my bike through town! [:'(]
