Unit Counter Color

Great games guys! I'm having lots of fun and wasting countless hours. [;)]

I use NATO counters to play and I find that Italy and Germany are too similar in color. Is there any way that I can change the base color of Italy so it's lighter?

I looked in the NATO counter life and the PNG did not have the counter colors only the NATO symbols.

the counters are using country color located in the country.csv file in the scenario folder

Thank you the csv is new to me, normally I just fire up MS paint and change the colors that way. [:D]
