Did a couple more turns.
THAILAND FRONT
The British raided Medang reasonably effectively, and then B24s polished off some disbanded AKs in the port. Everything in Medang fled (running over some submarines) aside from the disbanded stuff, the British withdrew.
On land the armour has reached Battembang and an expeditionary force of about 500 AV is now marching over the train tracks into Malaysia. The first bombs hit the Colony of Malaysia since 1942 as well as Kota Baru was wrecked by heavies in support of the British naval action in a terrifyingly devastating raid. SEAC's heavies have ground bombing skills of around 85 now... it shows.
Plans are to take Battembang and form a defensive line in Thailand, continue to advance into Malaysia with what forces are free to do so, press into the cut off pocket to nudge the Japanese out, and in about 3 weeks time begin the invasion of Sumatra. The Japanese pushed out some of Chiangs guerillas in Nanning too so there are signs of movement in China from the IJA, could be bad in a little while, Nanning reopens the rail lines into Thailand.
PAPUA FRONT
Landings at Saumlaki go off without a hitch. The CVEs continue to shoot up unescorted Netties most effectively. I peeled off a CL and some DDs from the CVE force to raid Ambon which was mysteriously full of shipping again (apparently a mistake on my opponents part) but while they reached the place they failed to engage. Didn't make much odds though as Noemfoor is now basing dive bombers and Ambon is in range, they showed up and comprehensively wrecked the ships in port. The USMCs dive bomber pilots are all skill 70 now and they are deadly when there is no air defence.
Plans here are for the amphib TF that dropped a division of troops at Saumlaki to go to Wessell Island and transport spare engineers to Saumlaki to fix the place up, while the CVEs escort.
Elsewhere KB has vanished from Guam finally, who knows where they are now, though Guam seems to remain a major IJN naval base. Babeldoab is about to be raided by DDs but I suspect they'll find nothing and has been slowly bombed by B24s without opposition. I'm anticipating a CV battle in this area in about a month or so as Babeldoab is a planned target.

The Allies can keep a lot of airfields cratered if the heavies encounter no resistance... the Japs barely ever get a shot off at them so their vaunted resistance is hardly being tested here. No damaged heavies mean they can fly probably 50% of the time, at least. Bad news for the Japs.

Jabos and attack bombers continuing to shoot the crap out of targets of opportunity in open hexes... they are taking some losses but to my surprise pilot losses are manageable. I woulda thought being taken out by flak at 1000' over a Japanese division would mean that pilot aint coming home... this does not appear to be the case. Butcher Banana says we have plenty of spare Beaufighters and B25s atm so keep it up, kill more Japs!
