Cannot Buy Game

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I am unable to buy the game from the website. I keep receiving the following message:

Authorization has failed for this transaction. Please try again or contact your bank for assistance.

I’ve never had issues with ordering through Matrix before (COTA or BFTB) until now. It is not the credit card as there is sufficient balance available to cover all pending transactions as well as this purchase if it could have been made, and I can use it successfully at other online retailers.

Ranger---Have you contacted your card company ---they sometimes stop a payment if they find it unusual or suspicious ot worry about a fraud possibilityt.If you contact them you will be able to get them to then authorise the payment.
It has occasionally happened to me and its very frustrating but if you have the finance just clear up the problem with your card company.

They contacted me...that is exactly what it was. Got it sorted out and purchased...now to see how it stacks up to the original HTTR [&o]
