PORTBOMBING IS BORKED!!! ARRGGHHH!

Post by Omat »

So I am starting the WitP-AE Ironman 3 scenario. Pretty interesting scenario if I may say so...

AND THEN THE TYPICAL CODING ISSUES RESURFACE.

First in Pac War.
Then in UV.
Then in WitP.
Then in WitP-AE...

Come ON MATRIX...get it right! This crap should not happen in game since it would NEVER happen in real life!

AFTER ACTION REPORTS FOR Apr 18, 42

This could never ever happend in real life...[:@]

But it wasn't a very big bomb. And it probably won't delay availabilty for Ryuho. Did you get the name of the pilot? [;)]

B25 not divebomber, Level Idiot bomber.
Never happen for real with bombsight on left eye only straight for hex 350x300 square mile I calculated.

You prove opposite? No.

Sorry, couldn´t resist.

Sounds realistic to me.

In Yokosuka, at least one bomb from the B-25 piloted by Lt. Edgar E. McElroy struck the nearly completed IJN aircraft carrier Ryūhō,[20] delaying her launch until November.

No?

Not alone ship - so choosing target hard. Even so big target like CV. Bunch examples when pilots think that destroyer under their feet it battleship and merchant is fleet carrier.
You think thant not enough data point? Borked! Yes?

I believe in the Single Bomb Theory - it passed through one ship, changed course, and hit another.
