I am making some change for my on internal use to this senario and I am having a problem with allied unit being in reserve status with the yellow bar. When I play the scenario the allies remain in reserve and cannot fight. I believe from my reading that this is probably set in the event editor. How can I change this so that some or all units come off reserve.

Go to "Deployment Mode" and call up the Formation Editor. The formation is in "Garrision" deployment. Change it to "Attack", and it will be good to go.
