I decided to reinstall witp and update to newest beta.Uninstalled and reinstalled from disc,I forgot to write down serial # and it is not on the disc.
So I went to findmyorder and retrieved # installed game but when I went to register so I could d/l new beta was give "key already used"message.
I know there was a problem awhile back with lost info but I changed email and user name at members section and my account does'nt show witp as registered so why can't I register witp when it does'nt show that I registered it in the past?????[&:]

You might also want to go and open a ticket in the Matrix Help Desk as well to report this problem.

If you still have the old folder it was in there is a serialreg.txt file with your registration key.

I had same problem...before I realised I had 2 member accounts on Matrix Games site and had registered them under other one... [:D]

But there was a problem awhile back were i was told to redo my member account because of a loss of data for as i recall an upgrade in the site.It was a hassle now my former login is causing troubles.
Not my fault but paying for it none the less the "help" I got from support was worthless I guess they don't fully read mess.Installing game requires serial key # but to see iff old folder existed my reg key # would be there.
Duu can't install game without ser key # as I told them.Why is this so difficult?

So I was able to logon using old login info now can't d/l keep getting a window requiring an login to ftp site WHY IS THIS SO DAMN
DIFFICULT??????????????????????????
And before anyone say's anything it shows ftp logon with accelerator on or off!
