Bridging capability - Race for Bastogne scenario

Sorry, the favor us and favor them reinforcement schedules are stuffed for the axis in Race for Bastogne.

We should do a hotfix for this, until then just play historical or standard.

I accidentally buggered this up when I went through and added Historical/Standard schedules for all the scenarios before release.
