Question about tankers

I want to place a couple of tankers at sea in my mod will fuel loaded, but I can't find it in the editor manual how to do that. Can I get a hand with this?

I tried one more thing and it worked. Nothing to see here, move along.[8D]

Yup, it seems more complicated to actually set them empty, while beginning at sea [:D]
