Thanks for following through with this, guys. It's probably the only flaw in this good game so far.

The testing of the patch is coming along nicely.

As well as withdrawl a number of fixes have been included.

We have questioned a few things and once those have been answered/clarified we are ready to go!

Write down the answers so that they can be included in the manual.

Thanks for your time and effort in getting this done.

Just dropping in with an update...Joe and Pirate have been fantastic!

Not done yet, but they are giving great feedback and Michael is knocking out changes/fixes.

I don't want to commit to a date just yet but I will get with Michael after this coming weekend and see where we stand.

Looking forward to the patch, and a big thank you to you and Michael.

PJ and Joe, you guys are the best. I'm looking forward to being soundly trounced when by both of you when we get the patch.

I *think* Michael and Tim only really get time to work on this at weekends as this is when the mails tend to be sent. Both Joe and myself have let Michael know what still needs looking at before the Beta can be put together ... don't think there was too much.

Thats unfortunate. If this patch gets released at the same time as Conflict of Heroes is released for sale, it will get lost in the shuffle. I would really like a chance to get more people involved with this game before that happens.

My thoughts as well.

CoH is looking very promising and as a "board game on the computer" is for me in direct competition for my time with CC.

CoH may very well steal the march on CC for me and very likely any "new blood" that would have potentially come on-board with CC.

If only there had been more momentum from the developers in the first six months after release.

However all that said I do appreciate the effort that has now gone into the forthcoming patch.

Don't think there's a release date for CoH yet. Doubt it'll be this month, so there's still time ... besides the CoH multiplayer server coding/setup may take a little while yet.

I've been thinking about this one ... must be a sign of old age ... I don't see CoH as a competitor for CC in terms of my time; different scale (squad/vehicle vs company), gameplay etc. So depends on what I fancy playing at any given time. I was thinking it more aligned with Battle Academy, especially if you go for the full 3D hit on CoH. I'll probably wait to see what the CoH AI is like. I play the boardgame and have the F2F online option as well so AI will be the decider.

CC scratches an itch that none of the other games have.

Agreed - though not sure how good that would be as a tagline [:)]
