Air superiority

Time of Fury spans the whole war in Europe and gives players the opportunity to control all types of units, ground, air and naval. Not only that, each player will be able to pick a single country or selection of countries and fight his way against either the AI or in multiplayer in hotseat or Play by E-Mail. This innovative multiplayer feature will give player the chance to fight bigger scenarios against many opponents, giving the game a strategic angle that has no equal in the market. The game uses Slitherine’s revolutionary PBEM++ server system.

Gaining and maintaining air superiority is a constant effort. There is no indicator on the map that you have gained or lost it. You have to constantly be doing recon to see if the enemy has fighters within range. Pay attention to the reports section on air combats, air defense, etc. especially concerning any enemy interceptions of your air activity.

Example, you do a strategic bombardment from the UK to Hamburg, and the report comes back that your bombers were intercepted, or that an interception failed. You then know that the Germans have fighters in range of Hamburg.

We are planning to add a feature which will display the strength of your air units over the territories. However the enemies will remain unknown.

That will be great Doomtrader. It would also be great to have a feature to show which units are under the influence of which leaders. For example, I click on Rommel and I can see highlighted the units he is commanding/ influencing. Love your game. I wrote a very positive review for the Matrix website but they haven't "cleared" it yet.
