Making the saved game compatible with V1.90b

ISTR this issue coming up before (or was it with RtV?)

If I recall correctly, I need to edit misc.csv and change the value 1.81000 to 1.90. I don't want to do it without checking first.

Is that correct, please?
Are there any other edits to make?
For every action, there is an equal and opposite malfunction

Editing value in the misc.csv file should be enough.
