I laughed so hard at this I had to share it. You all will appreciate this since we are all victims of the retardedly expensive nature of staying smooth for our Ladies (or Our copies of WitP:AE as the case may be ;)

If you want an extra laugh take a look at the first post on Youtube right below the Video.

Oh and this is for real...I am becoming a member.

You have to watch the complete - very ambitious - vid first to really apprechiate the straight to the point question in comments.

You gonna tell me if the´re ballsack friendly after you became a member, Iain? Though they probably won´t ship to Austria anyway... [:D]

That is funny, though my SO likes facial hair on her guy but I hate it, so I only shave for my own sanity. I had chicken pox at 28 and couldn't shave for the week. It was the only time in my life I had any kind of beard. I felt like a bum. When I healed enough to shave the mess off it felt soooo good.

Though I use an electric razor so I won't be signing up. I'm too distractable to use a blade on a regular basis. Mind wanders off and I cut myself. With an electric the worst that happens is I end up shaving the same spot more than necessary.

TheElf,

Does that $1 a month include postage to the Middle East or is that an additional $19 per month?[:)]

I buy my razors in big packages at a big box retailer when they have coupon sales on them. The Gillette 3-blade kind, either cartridges or whole disposable razors, whatever is cheaper at the time (they are really the same). No shipping & "processing" charges and it works out to a little over a dollar a month because I use each one for a month. The (unnecessary with shaving cream) lubricating strip wears out sooner than that, but the blade array is just good enough by the end of the month.

Tried the 5-blade design when they mailed me a sample. Sure it was better, but the extra money for... what? The 6th blade on the top as a "trimmer" just served to cut my nose several times when shaving my upper lip. So I should pay more money to slowly cut off my own nose? And now they have batteries in them that power a vibrating motor. That way I can pay even more to quickly cut off my own nose (think electric carving knife) and then get electrocuted when I recoil in pain and smash the razor against the sink with running water in it.

I used one of these up to the time I stopped drinking. Or started playing WitP:AE. Either one makes me a bit shaky. And bleedy.

Elsewhere I read a post by someone who was using one (it's a minor trendy thing I guess) until one morning when the kids were romping around and the (large) family dog bumped him unexpectedly, leaving a large S-shaped scar on his face.

Hard to find Trac II blades anymore. My razor must be 30 years old. A year ago I netfliked some old Saturday Night Live shows from the original cast. I was blown away by a fake commercial spoofing the new double blade razors by falsely promoting a new Triple Track blade! -which did not actually come on line for another 20 years. I meant that I've heard here and there about people trying it out on the claims that it's a superior shave. I'm not sold that it's a better shave overall, but I sure know it ain't safer!

There's a reason the modern convenience that we refer to as 'razor' is more accurately referred to as a 'safety razor'.

I've got a healthy dose of respect for sharp blades (it's the pathologist in me) and what they can do to me if I'm not careful. I'll stick with my Gilette Sensor Excel (about 10 years old) and the less expensive double blades therein.

I tend to shave every other week.  My wife thinks it makes me look "older" and complains when I do shave.  She's gotten sick of people asking her if I'm her son.

I'm actually a year older than her...

I've grown beards 3 times, every time whilst at sea. The problem is I'm fair haired and my beard is ginger. Shaved them off every time before coming home.

Shaving is something I have never liked, so when I outproccessed the Army after almost 25 years on 21 September 2011, that was the last day I shaved....

I grew the beard because I can. [:)]

I start growing a beard 1 September and shave down to a goatee 1 April every year. It's a seasonal thing. Every now and then I don't trim either during the seasons. It's the barbarian in me.[;)]
