user adjustable ships display ???

Is there some reason why the ship display can't be user adjusted so as to be able to put it down in the lower left for instance? I'm finding
it a major time waster to have to scroll with the display open just to see the path of the ship on the map. Just a thought.

Remember that the ship/TF/all other windows are not "windows" in the sense of MS Windows. I doubt there's any easy way to make this work.

Yeah, the base code is really quite old.  Amazing what Michael has been able to do with it.

I was a computer programmer way back when I was still working ( retired now ) and I'm pretty sure it can be done. But you're correct that this program looks and acts like a DOS program sometimes. Still, I do like to tinker with code and I'd give my left arm to have the code to this game. It's the best wargame ever produced and it's really not a game it's a simulation and a pretty good one. I'm just saying.....
