laptop and desktop use?

This exciting new release is a faithful adaptation of the renowned Conflict of Heroes board game that won the Origins Historical Game of the Year, Charles Roberts Wargame of the Year and the James F. Dunnigan Design Elegance Award, as well as many others!

Designed and developed in cooperation with Uwe Eickert, the original designer of Conflict of Heroes, and Western Civlization Software, the award-winning computer wargame studio, no effort has been spared to bring the outstanding Conflict of Heroes gameplay to the computer. Conflict of Heroes includes an AI opponent as well as full multiplayer support with an integrated forum and game lobby. To remain true to the core gameplay of the board game, the PC version is designed to be fun, fast and easy to play, though hard to master. The game design is also historically accurate and teaches and rewards platoon and company-level combined arms tactics without overwhelming the player with rules.

laptop and desktop use?

Post by london23 »

Will it be possible to to load the game on both my PC and my laptop so I can play when I travel or will I have to buy multiple copies of the software? I know some games allow it where you register or deregister the active computer or are required to have the disk in the active computer, so that you can only play on one computer at a time and not cheat by giving your friend copy. My preferred computer to play on is my desktop, but it would be nice to have on my laptop for playing on the road.

One copy will work just fine for that, all we ask is that you be the one playing it. If you decide to have a friend play with you, he or she should get their own copy. We don't use restrictive DRM/activation systems, so you won't have to jump through any hoops to get it installed and working on both.

Technically, that's fine for hotseat, but each individual should have their own copy for multiplayer games. With that said, assuming your son still lives with you and is not yet an adult with his own income, I think it's reasonable and we'll go with a "don't ask, don't tell" policy on that. [8D]

Nowadays very few companies still sell theirs own games in this way, another reason why I think you are doing a great job and I rarely complain about your games price.

Awesome -- someone actually watched the whole clip!

Go here for info:
http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/hypnotoad
http://futurama.wikia.com/wiki/Hypnotoad

Essentially, Hypnotoad appeared in one "Futurama" episode and was referred to subsequently. The 9-min. clip is a DVD extra from the first "Futurama" movie. It must be a gag, meant to get people to watch, and keep watching in the hope that something will actually happen. Eric Babe and I have both sat through the whole thing and are now proud to have done so. But that said, I see no reason to do it again.
Michael Jordan plays ball. Charles Manson kills people. I torment eager potential customers by not sharing screenshots of "Brother Against Brother." Everyone has a talent.

Well add me to the proud ranks of those with enough time on their hands to watch the entire clip. Its just that now I have a strange craving for insects. Hmmm.

I'm involved in beta tester and I enjoyed myself very much playing hotseat in the same computer.

It's simple, fast and very funny but you need to accomplish this 3 issues:

1)Insert a second mouse in your computer, so every player have a "point and click" device to use.
You and your mate must be synchronized, nut it isn't a so terrible task!!.

2)You must chose a scenario without hidden units (you can playabove 80% of scenarios)

3)set some preference in the right way to help the game to switching side in the right way. (more details after the game release )
