Pagan -- problem with ownership?

Hi Michael,

Take a look at the attached file, please.
There's a problem that to me seems to have sth to do with Pagan ownership.

I can't transfer airgroups there, it cannot be a home base for TFs.
Try to send an airgroup manually you get "absence of airfield" info.
(But you can pick the base from list of airfields and transfer it this way, though).
Try set a home port you've got "must be friendly base" info.
Sometimes clicking the base brings no info just as if there was no base or the base was enemy's.

Please notice the 86th Nav Gd problem at the same base. It says it has two fragments in the same base, but one is not visible.

Yes the 86th is acting like a base. It is hiding what the actual base as only one base 'item' is expected in a hex.
[Note the 'Secondary airfield' as the unit type when looking at it.]
I'll try a few thing to see if it can be overcome.

I have updated the save to reset the type.

Michael, a long time ago we had two brigades turn into divisions, but since they kept their brigade TOE it didn't affect the game. There does seem to be a gremlin hiding in the code.

PS: IIRC this was still under 1106i.

OK, Im....back. Can you make that same change in this file? I know it is asking you to do it twice but Ark sent you and old file and we are having trouble backing up due to "events" that have occurred in the last turn or two. Attached in my most recent Allied turn that is to go back to Viperpol.

Sorry, we don't mean to be a pain in the neck for you and know you have plenty on your plate.
