Could consider, but you're close to seeing what the Commonwealth forces had at their disposal in terms of front-line infantry and infantry weapons. Don't know how you can upgrade the Bren, they can certainly swapped out for Vickers. Could throw in a few more PIATS, and ad-hoc teams representing smaller teams after casualties.

HI Cathartes
well the bren doesnt seem to have any killing power. so its not a use full team to take in the game. even when it catches german inf in the open it doesnt kill many troops. it might be its penetration value and / or accuracy? anything would be an improvment here.

as for front line troops in the field during WW2 and there inf weapons and ammo loads etc, from what i have read, there is numerous accounts of the front line troops on both sides with extra weapons, grenades and ammo, far beyond what was the field manual norm.
so IMHO adding a few piats and maybe some gammon bombs to some existing allied inf teams wouldnt be out of the realm of what was availible to them [;)]

it would be cool if you would consider it [:)]

No killing power? GJS in LSA is a new world compared to GJS in CC5. Check this out and let me know what you think.

well that looks interesting. the bren seems to work there. so..are you using the LSA data then? penetrations, armour values etc?

if so...having played some LSA....the biggest complaint is the a/t gun survivability. they dont hide well and are knocked out with ease because of this and are very suseptible to small arms fire as well. the mortors are too powerfull against the a/t guns as well.
and tanks literally cant hit the broad side of a barn / building with consistancy when shooting at inf inside.

sure am looking forward to your Mod!!

"New" might be overstated. I would say modified, enhanced, or marginally expanded. Some connection fixes and minor strat enhancements to boot. Two new maps added.

possible additional BG for Allies, but you will no longer be able to pack your BGs with endless tanks--at least not without sacrificing infantry support

Score. Yes, Ausf M. available in 1-2 of the 12 SS BGs. Packs a wallop, not a lot of ammo available, and pretty vulnerable. Nice tool for rooting out infantry.
