Soviet Amphib HQs

The editor manual on page 35 says:
Allied HQ’s must be located in slots 100-215 (although additional Allied HQ’s may be
located in the normal Allied unit ranges).

I don't have any free slots left between 100-215. So can I add 2 soviet amphibious HQs in the normal unit ranges? Will they work with an american AGC?

Don't know the answer, but a very interesting question. Please be patient, The Guys Who Know will be sure to answer!

And - modding is one heck of a lot of fun.

Once you get your Soviet Amphib HQ's up and running, I trust that you will teach the Fascist Insect Oppressors of the Toiling Masses a Lesson... OK - a little Mao there, but you get the idea!

The way I understand it is that there should be only HQs in those slots. You can have HQs in other slots, but do not put an infantry division in one of those slots. Most if not all of the Chinese HQs are in other slots.
I think that the two obligations you have are to be good at what you do and then to pass on your knowledge to a younger person
