unable to open the Ship Availability screen

I began the GC, i'm still operate on the very first turn like japanese and i wanted to stop the building of shinano but, from the intelligent screen, i can't open the screen of the availabilty of the ship in wich to manage the production because i miss the button (indeed i miss some other buttons that now i don't remenber). What was wrong? i had to reinstall the game and the latest patch?

This is normal for a PBEM game. They will be visible starting on turn 2.
I think that the two obligations you have are to be good at what you do and then to pass on your knowledge to a younger person
