Task Forces Keep Changing Destination

I have two task forces that keep changing destinations when the turn is over:

1. TF 182: I set it to follow TF 253, but when turn is over, it keeps changing to a destination of Rossel Island.
2. TF 205 (off-map): I set it to a destination and home port of Rabaul, but when turn is over, destination keeps re-setting to Cape Town.

Attached is a Before (Save174) file to illustrate. You can run the turn and then look at those two TF's to see what I mean.

I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions.

I'm surprised no one has responded yet.  I'm sure you know about surface threats and air threats and also computer overrides when crippled to make for the nearest port.  I used to have all manner of problems (returning to obsolete home ports for instance) before I got the latest patches and updates.  Advise them which version you are using, the answer may be there.

I'm using what I think is the current version 1.0.6.1108r9 - Jan 21 2012.

Here are screen shots of the before and after. The top row the before for each of the two convoys, the bottom row the next turn.

Do you have a save of when you changed TF205 to return to Rabaul? Probably the turn before?

The flag indicating off-map turnaround is still set which is incorrect. If incorrect, the TF defaults back to connected off-map base.
