BORKED Leader Bug!!! Is it back?

Don't know any general better than Mac, but this one certainly takes the cake! Was going to swap out my HQ generals in Kwaij in preparation for some major Japanese butt kickin' and look what I found.

Pretty much useless rear area general! No general should have stats like this. The key stats are WAY too low to be of any use! No way it would happen IRL!

Matrix, fix your game PLEASE!
