Is there a limit to the amount of supplies, fuel and resources that can be at a base before it causes problems with the game?

I think it plateaus at 99999999

Think that is its max so as not to go negative.

Okay so that means if supply at a base is at 9,999,999 and it generates 100,000 supply but uses no supply, the 100,000 supply just won't be added and the base will still have 9,999,999.
