- KB moved to the southeast of Tulagi. The Coral Sea is littered with enemy subs and patrol boats chasing my carriers, so I have to move them around to avoid them.
- BatDiv8 is ordered to head to Ndeni to finish off the allied invasion fleet and its remaining cruisers (a battleships might also be there, probably damaged). On the way, it finds 4 PTs and two DDs, sinks everything but two PTs, but it ends its movement in Tulagi and is spotted by enemy search planes.
- My subs find the allied invasion fleet limping one hex off Ndeni:
