Some really nice pictures there Barb [:)] I have loved the Beaufighter and the Stirling since I was a kid.

Thanks alot for sharing. Its strange but in colour this stuff seems to be more real than in black and white.

Quite a collection. More than enough in there for a JFB to have alternating feelings of awe and foreboding. I like the photo of Johny Johnson and Sally best followed closely by the Vought Corsairs lined up on the tarmac. Some great shots there to inspire modellers into dioramas as well.
Kido Butai, although powerful, was a raiding force, and this is exactly how the Japanese understood its usage. 'Shattered Sword'
