What Kind of Maps Would You Want?

Team Assault: Baptism of Fire is a 3D turn-based tactical game where players take command of infantry squads to engage the enemy in intense close combat. Although the combat system is turn-based, the game play can be as fast paced and dynamic as you'd like. Dynamic turns, counter actions and continual feedback keep you constantly engaged while still giving you enough time to make important decisions to change the course of battle!

What Kind of Maps Would You Want?

Post by Xerkis »

Throwing this out there.
Hopefully soon (I have no idea when) we will get our hands on the Team Assault Map Editor. So I thought I would ask this question just to spark the thoughts of those out there that want to get in and start making maps for TA.

What kind of maps would you like to see in TA?
Terrain, location, scenario, etc. – whatever you can to describe what you would like to see as a TA map.

I haven't purchased yet but am getting closer. Glad to see a manual coming out and it has a white background for easier printing.

What I'd like to see is nice urban maps of varying sizes and buildings with up to four stories BUT with units able to enter the buildings and effectively utilize the inside.

Always had it – and can be downloaded if you want to – but there is a small issue with one part that is being worked out and I wouldn’t advice installing it just yet.
