Division maximum size, fix number?

Time of Fury spans the whole war in Europe and gives players the opportunity to control all types of units, ground, air and naval. Not only that, each player will be able to pick a single country or selection of countries and fight his way against either the AI or in multiplayer in hotseat or Play by E-Mail. This innovative multiplayer feature will give player the chance to fight bigger scenarios against many opponents, giving the game a strategic angle that has no equal in the market. The game uses Slitherine’s revolutionary PBEM++ server system.

Division maximum size, fix number?

I playing Germany and now in may -42 I got penalized for having to many Divisions. The reason I ask is that I just conqured UK and was building lots of Garrison Divisions to release my units for the russian front. As i got all this extra PP shouldent I be able to suppert these Divs. I hope I got these industri in to my economy as I know they been strategicly bombed.

I did, but I dont know if the number is fixed. Where can I see the actual number for my country? And does it increase when I capture more? I even got some 10 PP from Russia.

Im struggling to get under the limit but but I fight blindly, I dont even know if my undeployed units is inj the calculation. My offensive in russia is grind to a standstill.
I now also killed of my entire coast defenses 10 divs, But still 4/5 in maintanance. Does the computer check again next month or never again? Suddenly is not same fun. Guessing I dont like.

It is in the xml files some have called this documentation... Fortunately this aspect of the game is up for revision.

Specifically this information is in the increasing_upkeep_cost.xml file.
