well, it didn't work/ the tracker doesn't work any longer, despite having the .bat file edited...

So is there a way to rescue the old database?

I had a second installation of the tracker for my abandoned game with Hortlund, and it worked fine by just replacing the .jar.

I edited the .bat the way it works with the second installation - but in vain...

Looks like the lib folder may be missing.

Fill it up with the three files from the ZIP. I'm wondering if they extracted to the parent folder and not inside... there should be three files hsqldb.jar, jcommon-1.0.14.jar and jfreechart-1.0.11.jar that need to be in there.

I just did it OK for my existing game as Japan for Scenario 2 without problems. [:)]

However, when I tried to do it as Allies for Reluctant Admiral with my third install, I get this error. [&:]

Is the Floyd_Region_File any better then the Kulls or Nomads version? tried to see the spreadsheet and didnt found any info.
