Renaming Files

This may sound dumb but I'm trying to load BigBabes but change the file name from 028 to 048 so that I can keep BOTH scenarios one is slot 28 the other in 48 (as recommended by the site) BUT I can't seem to rename any 028 files. What am I doing wrong? Hal
