Morning after glow

This exciting new release is a faithful adaptation of the renowned Conflict of Heroes board game that won the Origins Historical Game of the Year, Charles Roberts Wargame of the Year and the James F. Dunnigan Design Elegance Award, as well as many others!

Designed and developed in cooperation with Uwe Eickert, the original designer of Conflict of Heroes, and Western Civlization Software, the award-winning computer wargame studio, no effort has been spared to bring the outstanding Conflict of Heroes gameplay to the computer. Conflict of Heroes includes an AI opponent as well as full multiplayer support with an integrated forum and game lobby. To remain true to the core gameplay of the board game, the PC version is designed to be fun, fast and easy to play, though hard to master. The game design is also historically accurate and teaches and rewards platoon and company-level combined arms tactics without overwhelming the player with rules.

Morning after glow

I'm enjoying this even more today. Learning, discovering cool nuances and little features. Got a note my hard copy and that pretty color manual are headed my way. Checking out and admiring the level of support exhibited for what few snafus surface for their pretty damn polished product by the Eric/Erik tandem. Just one i.e. got me especially grinning this a.m. - Eric's back and forth help and then offer to write some code so a ten year old computer graphic card can function and provide some gaming fun to a loyal customer. I forgot your exemplary approach to the unveiling of your work at launch time (and years after), Eric. Been a while since Fof and CoG hit the ground. Very nice to be immersing in your latest and be assured we're in good hands going forward with support, new stuff, etc.

Where's Gil? I miss him. Thought he'd be all over this forum with the launch - hope all is well.

Anyway, I just noticed it's sunny and beautiful outside here in Colorado and damn, it's already noon. Gotta put this new gem down..... but let me just take a peek at that next scenario, the Gap, first ...

Thanks for the very kind words.

Gil is trotting around Europe. Copenhagen last time I talked to him. His Internet access hasn't been very constant.

Yeah, I'm out here. Release came at a bad time for me, as I'm in Europe for three weeks, and not always on the internet.

Fortunately, I'm not really needed to stir up enthusiasm, as this game is so good it sells itself!
Michael Jordan plays ball. Charles Manson kills people. I torment eager potential customers by not sharing screenshots of "Brother Against Brother." Everyone has a talent.
