Game will not not install

I keep getting an error message. I have re-downloaded the game and tried again and still get the same error message. The message states "Encountered a sharing violation while accessing" and then it is a path to the location of the install and a file name. The file name is not the same each time though which seems a bit strange. Any ideas? Thanks

Try turning off all your anti-virus software and installing with an Administrator account.
