torpedo storage "auto limit" not working

new patch, new game, JWE updated stock scenario 2.

When setting the torpedo storage "auto limit" to 100 in the TOE

Nothing ever changes in the torpedo storage at HQ, must still manually input the torps 20 each time.


(at least initially, haven't seen it work to replenish existing stocks after use yet).

IIRC it used to be set the "auto limit" once and forget it.
