I thought that the T70 factories upgraded to T34 or SU76 & with some of those factories (i.e. Gorky) if they need to be evacuated then you are in serious trouble

The T-50--->T-34 M1942---->T-34/85 M1944.

The T-70 factories don't upgrade.
