Michael - If you have no pilots in pool and you click a number of times on the get replacement from the group screen interface - eventually you get pilots.

if you post a bugreport, shouldn't you include a version# and supporting info, & include a savegame file? you're half of Tracker, yet you call this a bugrep? i call BS, you're having us on.

MP4 file attached. 1108r9. I didn't include all the info and save cause it is not something you can save. And yes I usually get steamed when others don't do this too ...

When you click on Get Pilots, it cycles thru the list to pick up a pilot. However, one check will display the 'No replacement pilot' message - meaning that there were none in the replacement pool.
Check the trainee numbers for the last months of replacements. In my test, the 'No replacement pilot' messages showed, but the number of trainees in last month dropped.
