MSWs

Post by tocaff »

I have been trying for weeks to get the RN's MSWs to sweep Tavoy. They get there, remain on station, but don't do anything. I know there's mines there because a DD found one the hard way. The MSWs are based out of Rangoon.

Try positioning the MSWs in the adjacent hex to the one containing the mines. I've had the same problem sweeping the last mine in a minefield and this seemed to work.

OK, I should've thought of that. I'll give it a go and report back next week on if it worked or not.

Moot point now as I lost an MSW while it was sweeping Andaman Island. The RN is woefully short of what's needed to do the job in WITP.
