Thanks for all the well wishes, brothers. I took my mom out to birthday dinner at a local steak house (the joys of being single and having a very small family). Very expensive, but Good Thread, they knew how to do pepper steak! Yummers!

How were the ribs, USS Mike? Do you guys do your ribs akin to your "North Carolina BBQ" style (vinegar-base) versus tomato/sweet sauce base?

I think I ate about 10 lbs of the ribs! LOL They were awesome. Sara actually made a sweeter sauce for them, not sure if she actually used any tomato in it or not. Strange things went into it, like Coca Cola and brown sugar. [:D]

We sent everyone home with some ribs, and still have plenty left over for lunch later today. [8D]
