Rail repair battalion command

Need info on the best way to control or direct the Eisenbahnbautruppen battalions (Rail Repair units) attached to various HQs to areas of the front where they are needed.
How is this done?

Depends on what you want to use them for. If you want to repair rails, stick them into Army Group HQs (and some into OKH). If you want them to dig fortifications, put them into Corps HQs.

And how does one "stick" them where they want them?

The same way one moves around any other support unit. If, however, the construction Bn is 'deployed', select the construction unit counter and click the 'Return to HQ' button. Then go to the HQ and transfer it like a regular support unit.
