I see threads like this once in awhile for other cities/regions, so I figured I set one up for my neck of the woods.

I'll start it off.

I'm from Verona - a tiny town about midway between Syracuse and Utica.

Nope. Horseheads is in the Southern Tier, not far from the PA border. I'm right about in the exact center of the state.

I am from Cobleskill, New York, about 40 miles southwest of Albany on the Interstate 88 corridor.

Went to the U of R and occasionally vacation in Seneca Falls on the banks of Lake Cayuga. Great wine area.
