8.5 hours of sleep, a hot shower, and a big breakfast have me ready to face the Washington DC traffic this morning. [:)]

HA!!!!! Good luck with that rookie! [:D]

You forget I grew up there. [;)]

Made it home in 4.5 hours. [:'(]

No , you grew up in Baltimore! [:-] People in Baltimore know how to drive (they just speed and run red lights. It makes it harder to strip your car that way![:D]).

People , and I use the word loosely , who drive in DC DON'T know how to drive, can't be bothered to drive (it interferes with texting, drinking, changing the baby and such) and are all from a different state (or more likely from a different country....where laws are suggestions, and besides , they don't apply to the camel or draft animal they were driving last week back home!). [:D]

I've driven on several continients and from one end of this country to the other (litterally, several times, and from corner to corner too). Even after almost 12 years of there, the thought of driving thru DC still fills me with terror. NYC,Boston, Memphis all have AGRESSIVE drivers (though generally competant). I can't think of any place (well of course there is Seattle) with less competant drivers. In Seattle they are simply so laid back as to not care if they live or die. In DC they care and plan on dieing. I'm convinced that it's the worlds training ground for suicide bombers!"You want me to kill a bunch of people with a car? No problem! Hey, what's the bomb for?" Drivers around here ain't much better. Bucking to be the worst drivers. Fargo has that top spot. As flat as it is here in the valley and one can see up to 16 miles. So how do head on collisions around here? Amongst all the other stupid driving such as all the crashes into buildings.[X(][:D]
