Ship will not unlaod part of an LCU

Latest patch

xAP Rangatira will not unload the partially loaded LCU. I've tried a different port, unloading on her on or part of a TF. I'm currently trying to reloaded the entire LCU on to a TF to see if that makes a difference.

The ship is currently in Tavoy, part of TF 228.

Isn't unloading for me, either.

Appears to be hole in unload logic. There was a small value in one of the ship spaces that was not sufficient to unload. Which then skipped the following equipment unload.

Try this.

I removed one device from the ship's cargo and this lowered the cargo space enough for the unload to be processed.
