It looks like Jim is starting to run some ships out of Bandy and Java. I got a hit on one.

It looks like I may have arrived just before he started to lay some mines maybe. Now he can lay them on the bottom.

The carriers are sitting on a sub and Jim is moving a lot of ships out of Bandy......it might be time to move the carriers.
