device upgrade problem

Hi

I got a problem upgrading US 75mm AA guns. See screenshots below. If an AA unit has completely filled out it's 75mm AA guns then I am not able to upgrade them to the 90mm guns even though there are enough of them in the pool (16 needed, 19 in the pool, not stockpiling). Also got no = for possible upgrade in the unit screen even though the TOE shows the 90mm. If there is just one 75mm gun less than maximum, I could upgrade. Something seems to be quite strange here and it would be more than a little mess if I can't upgrade my 75mm AA guns, could as well play the Japanese then.

For non-squad devices, you need 1.5 times the number in the pool. So you need 24 to upgrade the 16 in the unit.

It was added in one of the very first patches IIRC.
