Good lookin' crew there.

Realtor called today and thinks our house in Mac might be sold. That is the best news I have heard in 20 months on that place..[&o]

That's great news, Jeff! Back in 2008-2009, we had a house sitting on the market for 13 months. I know how nerve-wracking and frustrating it is to 'set fire' to the monthly mortgage payment on a property that you're not living in.
