unable to download manual

I get a grey blank screen (Im colorblind but it looks grey..like adobe is ready to download)...at this point nothing happens. When I try to refresh the page I get a box that says "file does not start with %pdf-...or something of the sort. Any ideas?

I couldn't download it from the matrixgames site but got it on my iPad from the slitherine site without any problem. It is on GoodReader now. Go figure.
