Romanian Army

Romanian Army

I just read the Axis Minor demands manual section (20.3.4) and I'm wondering if there is the Romanian Army unit.
It seems missing, is it intended?

i had the same issue and created a romanian army hq, assigned an officer and waited 'years' for romanian staff and trucks to arrive. i don't know if it's possible to promote an ordinary rom. hq. to an army level hq?

I was wondering about the exact same... TBH I don't really like this mechanic anyway and I will disable it for my next game as I find anything involving the OOB very tedious.

You should get about 500 Romanian staff during a month. And in the meantime dont worry. A HQ doesnt have to be staffed. Just build one and assign the Romanian Corps to them. It will make Romania happy. In time the staff and troops will also arrive.
